What they need
- Assist the Building Manager in the daily management and operations of the property.
- Monitor building maintenance, cleanliness, security, landscaping, and other facilities.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Attend to residents’/owners’ complaints, enquiries, and feedback.
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas and building facilities.
- Follow up on maintenance issues and ensure timely rectification.
- Assist in managing maintenance schedules and service contracts.
- Prepare reports, notices, work orders, and other property management documents.
- Assist with meetings, inspections, and other management office activities.
- Ensure compliance with building rules, regulations, and safety requirements.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Building Manager or Management.
