Building Facilities & Maintenance Executive

Bee Chun Heng Foodstuff Sdn Bhd is looking for a Building Facilities & Maintenance Executive to oversee the upkeep of our factory buildings and grounds — managing repairs, vendors and compliance so our operations run safely and smoothly.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

→   Oversee daily factory and building maintenance operations, including air-conditioning systems (AHU, split units, HVAC).

→   Handle general maintenance works: plumbing, painting, doors/windows/locks, lighting and basic electrical repairs.

→   Coordinate cleaning and housekeeping across factory and building areas.

→   Conduct regular inspections, and plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.

→   Respond promptly to breakdowns, complaints and emergency situations.

→   Maintain maintenance records, service reports and spare parts inventory.

→   Ensure compliance with safety regulations, BOMBA requirements and fire safety systems (extinguishers, hose reels, alarm panels).

→   Participate in CNY Activities, Mid-Autumn Festival and other ad hoc activities.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

✓     Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Maintenance or related field

✓     1–3 years' experience in factory, building or facilities maintenance (F&B environment an advantage)

✓     Working knowledge of air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing and general repair operations

✓     Basic knowledge of BOMBA and fire safety requirements

✓     Experience supervising contractors and service providers

✓     Willing to respond to emergency maintenance calls
