Building Facilities Technician

About the role

Responsible for the overall maintenance and operation of building facilities, including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, safety equipment, and general building systems, ensuring a safe, functional, and well-maintained workplace. Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and internal departments on repairs, preventive maintenance, facility inspections, and asset management to support smooth and efficient daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning systems (Split AC / AHU / VRV)
• Install network/LAN cables
• Inspect overall building equipment, facilities, and common assets
• Fix electrical failures, power outages, plumbing leaks, and broken toilets
• Perform basic structural repairs (ceilings, painting) and troubleshoot AC issues
• Maintain door hardware, closers, and access control scanners
• Coordinate with contractors for major repairs and oversee outsourced technicians (e.g., termite control, water filtration)
• Monitor utility meters (water/electricity) and conduct water quality testing
• Manage safety equipment checks, room setups, asset management, and tenant move-in/move-out inspections

About you

• Minimum 1 year of experience in building maintenance, facility management, or a similar technical role
• Higher Vocational Certificate (ปวส.) in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Maintenance, Facilities Management, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning, building maintenance, and safety systems
• Basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office
• Good problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and respond to urgent facility issues when required
• Strong service mind and customer-oriented approach
