Nature of Work

Requires experience in Claims Investigation. Employee manages a program or service organizational unit in the Department of Transportation. Plans and organizes the work procedures, directs the work procedures, directs the work of employees, develops employees, evaluates unit operations, develops budget needs, researches new work procedures, interpretes statutes, regulations and policies.

Applicants who do not have the specific type and amount of experience in the area of assignment will be rejected. Training Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university. Diploma (copy) must be submitted. Your application will not be processed without verification documents. Substitution Experience as described below may substitute for the required training on a year-for-year basis.

Experience Four years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid administrative or supervisory experience in the area of assignment.
