Key Responsibilities

• General Facility Repairs: Perform routine repairs and upkeep across both dealership buildings (basic plumbing, light electrical, drywall repair, paint touch-ups, door/lock adjustments, and fixtures).
• Grounds Maintenance: Inspect and assist with property grounds, showroom presentation, exterior lighting, bay doors, and overall campus cleanliness.
• HVAC & Equipment Check: Conduct routine checks on HVAC filters, compressors, pressure washers, and general facility equipment.
• Vendor & Service Support: Assist management with facility contractors (e.g., waste management, major electrical/plumbing contractors) as needed.
• Safety & Security: Ensure all safety hazards are addressed promptly to maintain a secure environment for employees and customers.

Position Qualifications

• Handyman / Maintenance Experience: Proven experience in general building maintenance, facility upkeep, or trades (REQUIRED).
• Problem-Solver: Resourceful, self-directed, and able to prioritize daily tasks across two dealership facilities.
• Clean Record: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (REQUIRED).
• Background Check: Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
