What they need
Responsible for maintaining and repairing the building, facilities, and equipment to ensure they are safe, clean, and in good working condition. Duties include basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance work, as well as conducting regular inspections and addressing repair needs.
Qualifications:
- College level or High School Graduate
- With TESDA Certificate in Electrical, Plumbing, or other related fields
- With relevant experience in building maintenance
- Knowledgeable in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other building maintenance works
- Willing to work in Parañaque
