Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building equipment and facilities.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and mechanical systems.
- Conduct routine inspections of building facilities and equipment.
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
- Perform minor carpentry, painting, masonry, and other civil works as needed.
- Prepare maintenance reports and document completed work.
