- Plumbing Upkeep: Fixing leaky pipes, clearing clogged drains, and servicing water fixtures or valves.
- HVAC Management: Monitoring heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units, changing filters, and handling minor component fixes.
- General Repairs: Patching drywall, painting walls, fixing doors, and handling basic carpentry or lock replacements.
- Safety & Inspections: Testing fire alarms, checking emergency exits, and logging all maintenance work accurately
