Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and dependable individual who will be responsible for maintaining and repairing facility equipment, building systems, and property structures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role includes inspecting, troubleshooting, and servicing electrical, air-conditioning, and plumbing systems to keep them in good working condition. The successful candidate will also conduct site surveys, oversee installations, and perform inspections and repairs of Wilcon’s in-house and exclusive products.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a Technical or Vocational course; college graduates are an advantage
- Holder of a relevant NC II certification
- Experience in building maintenance, equipment servicing, and product repair is preferred
- Willing to be assigned to the nearest Wilcon Depot branch within their area of residence
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
