Building Maintenance

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and store equipment.
• Conduct minor repairs, including fixing locks, leaks, lighting, and basic store or office fixtures.
• Carry out regular air conditioning cleaning (filters, coils, drainage) and ensure proper unit performance; report issues as needed.
• Prepare and maintain staff house units and workspaces for occupancy and daily operations.
• Respond promptly to maintenance concerns from staff and store teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, including inspection of alarms and emergency systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of common areas and facilities.
• Monitor maintenance supplies and coordinate with external service providers for major repairs and servicing.
• Perform maintenance and repair of Hydrafacial machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned by management.
• Willing to perform fieldwork across branches within NCR and nearby provinces, including Cabanatuan and Santa Rosa.

Qualification:

• At least 3 years of maintenance-related experience
• With relevant technical or vocational background in maintenance or similar field

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
