Building Maintenance

• Perform electrical inspection, troubleshooting, and minor repairs.
• Maintain and repair plumbing systems, including water lines, pipes, faucets, and drainage.
• Perform basic civil works, including masonry, painting, carpentry, and minor building repairs.
• Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems, including air conditioning and ventilation.
• Conduct preventive maintenance of building facilities and equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests and repair reported facility issues.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and company procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper use of tools and equipment.
• Report completed repairs, equipment issues, and maintenance requirements to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• At least a high school graduate or vocational graduate in a related technical course.
• With experience in building maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a related field is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in electrical works, plumbing, civil works, and HVAC systems.
• Able to perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs.
• Familiar with the proper use of maintenance tools and equipment.
• Physically fit and willing to perform hands-on maintenance tasks.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently or with a team.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, overtime, or emergency maintenance when needed.

Pay: Php850.00 - Php1,000.00 per day
