ARAM BUILDING CONTRACTING LLC – Dubai, UAE

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Building Maintenance Operations Manager to oversee our building maintenance operations and ensure that all facilities, technical services, and maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day building maintenance operations.
• Oversee MEP, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and general maintenance works.
• Lead and coordinate maintenance technicians, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Respond to maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Conduct regular building inspections and identify maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, tenants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Prepare maintenance reports, quotations, work schedules, and service records.
• Monitor maintenance costs, materials, tools, and manpower.
• Ensure all works comply with UAE safety standards, building regulations, and company procedures.
• Handle emergency maintenance situations and ensure quick response.
• Monitor the performance and quality of subcontractors and service providers.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building maintenance/facilities management, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil maintenance.
• Previous experience managing maintenance teams and subcontractors.
• Good knowledge of preventive maintenance and facility operations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and maintenance reporting systems.
• Valid UAE Driving License is REQUIRED.
• Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
