Building Maintenance

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Maintain Housekeeping of the Building Offices, Common Lobby, Fire Exit, Common CR, Parking

2. Preventive Maintenance : Painting, Repair of Leaks, declogging, basic carpentry works, painting works and replacement of defective fixtures

3. Knowledgeable in Electrical and Plumbing Works

Requirement/s:

1. At least 1 year of experience in building maintenance, construction, facilities maintenance, or a related field.

2. With updated NBI or Police clearance

Ability to Relocate:

• Pasig City: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
