- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building system
- Diagnose and repair minor electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders from property custodian or tenants
- Maintain and repair doors, windows, locks, furniture, and fixtures
- Report major maintenance needs or hazards to the Property Custodian.
