Building Maintenance Technician

Taylor Made Express and Action Express are looking to add to our team! We are in need of a Building Maintenance Worker. This position will require the following skills:

• *Basic knowledge of repairs and maintenance.
• *Execute preventative maintenance on all equipment and systems per schedule.
• *Safely operate and maintain various hand and power tools, as well as forklifts and scissor lifts.
• *Support facility grounds-keeping and seasonal maintenance tasks, including snow removal and landscape upkeep, as needed.
• *Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• *Assist warehouse manager with various racking and order pulling.
• *Assis warehouse manager and dock personnel with loading and unloading freight from vans, straight trucks, and tractor trailers.
• *Support janitorial crew with light duty trash removal and keeping supplies stocked.
• *Support safety department with various employee parties and events.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
