Position Overview:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of skilled tasks related to maintenance, preventative maintenance, construction, and repair across multiple facilities. This role may involve specialization in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or other qualified trades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general and preventative maintenance in assigned facilities
• Complete construction and repair projects as required
• Prioritize and respond to work orders and maintenance requests
• Coordinate with management on complex maintenance and repair jobs
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working condition
• Clean work areas following the completion of projects
• Foster positive relationships with clients, contractors, and team members through professional and cooperative communication

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in one or more skilled trades (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
