Duties

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal operation.
• Repair and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform mechanical repairs including carpentry, and maintenance painting to uphold building interior standards.
• Maintain and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and drainage to prevent leaks or failures.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely for various maintenance tasks while adhering to safety protocols.
• Lead or assist with building interior maintenance projects while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge combined with experience in facilities equipment maintenance and repair.
• Experience with plumbing system maintenance and repair to address leaks or system failures promptly.
• Familiarity with residential painting, maintenance painting techniques, and building interior upkeep.
• Competence in using hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment safely and effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills to communicate clearly with team members and building occupants.
• Leadership qualities that support team collaboration while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
