Building Maintenance Technician ( Juru )

Key Responsibilities

1. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for building facilities and equipment.
2. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning and general maintenance issues.
3. Conduct regular inspections and identify potential maintenance problems.
4. Attend to breakdowns and carry out repairs promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
5. Ensure all maintenance work is carried out safely and in accordance with Company requirements.
6. Assist in monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness and overall condition of the premises.
7. Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

1. At least SKM, Certificate, Diploma or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Maintenance.
2. Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in maintenance, building facilities or a similar role.
3. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning and general building maintenance.
4. Able to troubleshoot problems and carry out basic repairs independently.
5. Responsible, hardworking and hands-on with a positive working attitude.
6. Able to work independently as well as in a team.
7. Candidate must be willing to be based in Juru and travel when required for work-related assignments..
