- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is executed according to SOP and schedule.
- Oversee vendor coordination, service delivery, and contract compliance.
- Conduct regular building inspections and monitor asset conditions.
- Prepare operational reports, incident summaries, and improvement recommendations.
- Handle tenant/client operational requests professionally and in a timely manner.
- Support implementation of HSE standards within the building environment.
