Building Manager

To handle overall operations of Management of a commercial building.

Assist Owners/Tenants to resolve their problems / complaints

To manage and laise with contractors on repairs, renovations and maintenance matters of the building.

To oversee / monitor the operation and condition of all Mechanical and Electrical installation in the building are in good operation order and comply to local authorities requirements.

To lead and provide operational support to the entire management team to ensure the building is maintained to a safe, clean, efficient and professional standard

Organise yearly AGM for Management Corporation and ensure all relevant documentation is in good order.

Prepare and monitor operating budgets, quotations, expenditure and maintenance costs.

To plan and ensure all periodic maintenance are carry out on time.

Organise Monthly Management Corporation Committee meeting and prepare the Minutes of Meeting accordingly.
