BUILDING MANAGER

The Building Manager is responsible for the overall management and daily operations of the building, including facilities maintenance, tenant relations, leasing, and administrative activities. The role ensures that the property is properly maintained, safe, compliant, and efficiently operated.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall daily operations and maintenance of the building
• Supervise building personnel, contractors, and service providers
• Handle tenant concerns, lease agreements, and leasing activities
• Monitor building facilities, repairs, and preventive maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety, building, and government regulations
• Prepare reports and coordinate with management regarding building operations
• Maintain good relationships with tenants and prospective clients
• Assist in achieving the building’s occupancy and leasing targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• With proven experience as a Building Manager, Property Manager, or similar role
• Preferably with a background in Engineering/Building Operations
• With experience in leasing, tenant relations, and property management
• Knowledgeable in building maintenance, facilities management, and safety compliance
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Able to coordinate with tenants, contractors, suppliers, and government agencies
• With good negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
