Building Manager

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Overseeing & maintaining regular building maintenance and repairs

• Preparing and carrying out emergency protocols and procedures

• Maintaining a safe environment for building occupants and visitors

• Prepare the annual budget, monitor and report on financial performance regularly

• Conducting regular building inspections to comply with all relevant laws, codes, & company policies

• Manage on-site staff, vendor and contractor relationships

• Prepare and maintain all records, correspondence, and files

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum education background is Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major or concentration, preferably in Engineering

• Minimum experience 5 years as Building Manager or related roles in Residential, Strata, Office, or Leasing

• Skill & knowledge in budgeting, managing vendors, building operations

• Good leadership, communication and administration skills

• Business English proficiency
