* Manage the overall operations and maintenance of the building.
* Supervise housekeeping, security, electricians, plumbers, and other staff.
* Coordinate repairs, AMC services, and preventive maintenance.
* Handle tenant queries, complaints, and daily service requests.
* Monitor lifts, DG sets, fire safety systems, and common areas.
* Maintain vendor contracts, bills, and maintenance records.
* Ensure compliance with safety, BMC, and statutory requirements.
* Prepare monthly maintenance reports and assist management with budgeting.
* Conduct regular building inspections and ensure cleanliness and safety.
