• Oversee daily apartment building operations, facilities, security, cleanliness, and tenant services.
• Manage maintenance activities, vendors, contractors, and building-related issues.
• Ensure building facilities, safety, and operations comply with company standards and regulations.
• Handle tenant concerns and coordinate with relevant departments to maintain tenant satisfaction.
• Monitor operational performance, budgets, and service quality to ensure efficient building management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in apartment, residential, or property management.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and vendor management skills.
• Good understanding of building operations, maintenance, and safety standards.
• Proactive, organized, and customer-oriented.
