Building Manager

About the role

Building Manager responsible for overseeing building management operations, maintenance, and business development for property management services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct business development and sales of building management services
• Achieve SLA targets, business, sales and revenue goals
• Oversee building maintenance management with zero complaints
• Monitor building management finances and prepare annual budgets for operations and maintenance
• Execute Human Resources Management tasks
• Create, develop, implement and evaluate building management procedures, work instructions and SOPs
• Manage and monitor mechanical, electrical, plumbing, housekeeping, event and tenant building activities effectively and efficiently
• Plan and direct comprehensive building management programs
• Oversee maintenance and repairs of building mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other facilities
• Ensure operational efficiency of building management activities

About you

• Minimum S1 degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years experience as Building Manager, Property Manager, Residential Manager
• Greenship Professional certificate
• Experience in civil works, residential, building management and maintenance
• General K3 certificate
• Building management competency certification issued by BNSP
• Proficient in MS Office, Visio, Autocad, Microsoft Project
• Strong initiative, leadership, managerial, communication, negotiation, problem solving and teamwork skills
• Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
