Building Manager / ผู้จัดการงานอาคาร

Responsibilities:

• Manage overall building operations, including common areas, parking, security, cleaning, and facility services.
• Manage tenant relationships, lease compliance, and day-to-day tenant requests and concerns.
• Inspect and maintain vacant units to ensure they are ready for leasing.
• Supervise and monitor outsourced service providers, including cleaning, security, pest control, elevator, and maintenance contractors.
• Lead and coordinate on-site staff, including manpower planning, work schedules, and daily operations.
• Coordinate with the Technical/Engineering team to ensure effective maintenance and timely resolution of building issues.
• Monitor building assets, facilities, operating expenses, and annual budgets to ensure efficient cost control.
• Prepare regular management reports and respond promptly to emergencies or critical incidents.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in property, building, or facility management, preferably in a Community Mall, retail, or commercial property.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong tenant service mindset with the ability to manage relationships with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, proactive, responsible, and able to work well under pressure.
• Good personality and professional service mind.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
