Building Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Facilities: Scheduling and supervising routine cleaning, repairs, and preventative maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Security & Safety: Overseeing security personnel, fire safety systems, and conducting regular safety inspections, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Tenant/Occupant Relations: Serving as the main point of contact for occupants, addressing complaints, and managing lease or service agreements.
• Staff Supervision: Managing onsite staff such as custodians, security, and maintenance personnel.
• Financial & Administrative: Managing operating budgets, vendor contracts, and collecting its contributions.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree of Architect or Civil Engineering.
• Have minimum 3 years working experiences as Building Manager.
• Proficient knowledge about M&E, HVAC, and plumbing.
• Proficient knowledge about IMB, SLF (Sertifikat Laik Fungsi), K3.
• Proficient leadership and communication skill for managing tenant, vendor, and internal team.
• Hardworker and truthful.
• Domicile in Gading Serpong or nearby area is advantageous.
