With ongoing growth, we're looking for a hands-on, proactive Building Manager to join our team.

About the Role
This is a dynamic, site-based role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, independence, and problem-solving. Whether you're experienced or just starting out in building management, we’ll support the right person to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections and log daily activities via app
• Liaise with owners, residents, contractors, and strata managers
• Coordinate access, bookings, and move-ins
• Oversee reactive and preventative maintenance
• Manage minor projects and report on site matters
• Maintain asset registers and compliance documentation

What You’ll Need

• Great communication and people skills
• A proactive approach and ability to manage your own schedule
• Comfortable using a smartphone/laptop and logging activities
• Trade, engineering or facilities background is an advantage
• Building management software experience (nice to have, but not essential)
• Police Clearance
