Building Manager

Summary

The Building Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operation, maintenance, and performance of the assigned building(s), ensuring facilities are managed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with contractual, statutory, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Executive and Contractors in carrying out planned and ad-hoc maintenance works.
• Investigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
• Supervise upgrading projects, if required
• Ensure contractors carry out works in accordance with contract requirements, including evaluation of contractors’ performance and review of contract specifications
• Managing and maintain records of the incidents and all circumstances and events occurring.
• Conducting and coordinating audits & inspection & their supporting facilities including ad-hoc site inspection and drafting of summary report.

Requirements:

• Possess a degree or equivalent qualification and with at least 7 years relevant experience in Projects & Facilities Management/ Estate Management/ Engineering.
• Experience managing vendors, maintenance operations, and projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fire Safety Manager certified and experience as a Fire Safety Manager will be an advantage.
