- ดูแลควบคุมการทำงานของพนักงานทุกฝ่าย เช่น ฝ่ายช่างเทคนิค, ฝ่ายอาคาร,ฝ่ายรักษาความปลอดภัย,ฝ่ายแม่บ้านทำความสะอาด
- ควบคุมดูแล บำรุงรักษางานระบบต่างๆ ให้อยู่ในสภาพดี
- สรุปและรายงานปัญหาหรือการจัดเก็บค่าใช้จ่ายต่อนิติบุคคลฯ
- ติดตามข้อมูลผู้พักอาศัยให้ทันต่อสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน มนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดีต่อผู้พักอาศัย และให้ความช่วยเหลือในการประสานงาน
