Building Manager (Sukhumvit 39)

The Building Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the entire facility.
This includes maintenance, utilities, security, and providing services to residents or tenants to ensure the building operates smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building Management: Oversee and manage the overall structure and physical components of the property.
• Maintenance & Operations: Manage repairs, execute preventive maintenance schedules, and supervise external contractors.
• Tenant & Resident Relations: Coordinate services, handle complaints, and ensure a high-quality experience for all occupants.
• Safety & Environment: Monitor security systems (CCTV, fire alarms), ensure cleanliness, and oversee waste management protocols.
• Financial & Budgeting: Control operational expenses, manage budgets, and follow up on the collection of common area fees and utility bills.
• Regulatory Compliance: Establish and enforce building rules, regulations, and policie

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Property Management or Juristic Person management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
