Building Manager/Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• To plan, implement and supervise the day to day operation of the building(s) in our portfolio in accordance to proper policies and procedures that is deemed necessary to manage the building(s)
• To plan, implement, monitor the proper operation and preventive maintenance of all structural elements, mechanical and electrical installations in the buildings including other building services
• To oversee and supervise all Managers and maintenance staff employed on the buildings or assets managed by the company
• To ensure that a maintenance audit of all the buildings managed by the company is carried out periodically or as directed by your superiors
• To oversee the supervision or supervise the maintenance contractors appointed in the buildings

Requirements:

• Min 1 year of experience
• Well verse with the Strata Management Act 2013 (Act 757) & Regulations
• Able to work independently under minimum supervision on all building related aspects namely Technical & Operations and Admin & Finance
