Building Painter

Key Responsibilities

• Surface Preparation: Clean walls, remove old peeling paint, fill cracks or holes with putty or plaster, and sand surfaces until smooth.
• Site Protection: Cover floors, furniture, fixtures, and trim with drop cloths, plastic sheets, and masking tape.
• Application: Mix and match colors, then apply primers, paint, and varnishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Equipment Setup: Erect ladders, scaffolding, and motorized swing stages or lifts for high-reach or exterior work.
• Clean-Up & Maintenance: Maintain tools, clear away job site debris, and store materials safely

Pay: Php1,000.00 - Php1,200.00 per day
