Building Painter

Position: Building Maintenance and Painter

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and repair work at residential and commercial properties.
• Carry out electrical maintenance, including lights, switches, sockets, breakers, wiring, and minor electrical faults.
• Perform plumbing works, including water leakage repair, taps, valves, drainage, sanitary fittings, and pipe repairs.
• Handle basic carpentry work, including doors, locks, hinges, cabinets, shelves, and other wooden fixtures.
• Perform basic AC maintenance, troubleshooting, cleaning, and minor repair work where required.
• Carry out painting and wall repair works, including touch-ups, cracks, holes, and surface preparation.
• Perform minor tile, ceiling, and gypsum board repair works.
• Inspect buildings and identify maintenance issues before they become major problems.
• Attend customer complaints and complete assigned maintenance jobs professionally and on time.
• Use hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and maintenance materials safely.
• Maintain cleanliness at the worksite after completing the job.
• Coordinate with supervisors, customers, and other technicians when required.
• Follow company procedures and all applicable health and safety requirements.
• Report major defects, additional material requirements, and issues requiring specialist work to the supervisor.

Pay: From AED1,600.00 per month
