Building Performance Engineer

We're looking for an experienced Building Performance Engineer to join our growing Auckland team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong Building Management System experience who wants to broaden their skills into energy management, analytics and building performance optimisation.

What you'll be doing

• Delivering BMS and building performance projects across New Zealand.
• Designing, configuring and commissioning Building Management Systems.
• Working with Schneider Electric EcoStruxure Building Operation (EBO) platforms.
• Integrating HVAC, electrical and metering systems.
• Supporting customers with troubleshooting and optimisation.
• Analysing operational data to improve building efficiency and performance.
• Delivering customer training and technical support.

What we're looking for

• Experience working with Building Management Systems.
• Strong understanding of HVAC controls and building services.
• Experience commissioning control systems.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• A practical and solutions-focused mindset.
• Experience with Schneider Electric EBO highly regarded.
