The Job:

This position is responsible for the coordination & inspection of building services work being carried out by domestic/nominated subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical or Building Services Engineering
• Minimum 4 years' relevant working experience
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Building Services Coordinator
