Building Services Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Responsible for monitoring and checking building services installations, working schedules, procedures, quality control and project planning for BS submission
• Coordinate with all BS subcontractors as well as builder's representatives on site to effectively integrate BS systems into the building. Liaise with Statutory Authorities and Utilities Companies on BS work
• Perform site coordination work with client, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers
• Lead and organize project meetings with all related parties

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or in equivalent in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering disciplines
• At least 5 years relevant working experience on MVAC and E&M project. Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Assistant Building Services Coordinator.
• Experience in fitting out firm will be an advantage
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, familiar with CSD / CBW drawings
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Attention to detail, excellent time management, leadership skills, and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good organizational skills and the ability to take up projects independently
• Immediate available is preferred
