Building Services Coordinator

Ample Construction (HK) Limited is a main contractor capable of interior fitting-out, renovation services, maintenance services, alteration and addition (A&A) works for residential, industrial and commercial properties in Hong Kong. With the team has over 20 years of experience, we gained extensive experience and reputation in the industry.

To cope with our increasing business activities and new initiatives, Ample Construction (HK) Limited is inviting high caliber candidates to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for co-ordination with consultants, sub-contractors and architects on M&E issues
• To monitor the progress and carry out site inspection, testing and commissioning of building services installations
• Coordinate with different parties to ensure the site works running smooth
• O&M manual submission
• To be stationed on site if required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Building Service or equivalent qualifications
• Minimum 2 years working experience in building construction is required
• Well versed with PC applications such as MS Office, AutoCAD & MS Project, proficiency in Excel Function (i.e. v-lookup, pivot table) is an advantage
• Well-organized, team spirit and able to meet all deadlines
• Mature and possess good communication skills
• Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Immediate available is definitely an advantage
