Building Services Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and manage building services works (Including EL, MVAC, PD & FS), ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and statutory requirements
2. Liaise with clients, consultants, utility providers, and government authorities for smooth project execution
3. Monitor site progress and manage subcontractors
4. Resolve technical issues related to building services installations
5. Prepare and submit reports throughout the project lifecycle

Job Requirements

1. Degree in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in building services works, preferably with experience in NGO projects.
3. Good command of English and Chinese
4. Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities
