Building Services Coordinator (Engineering)

A construction firm seeks a proactive Building Services Coordinator to assist in project management supporting and execution.

Responsibilities:

• Project Assistance for planning, coordination, and documentation.
• Reports, submission, schedules, and documentural handling
• Liaision to clients, contractors, consultants and company team staffs
• Office and outgoing work to construction site

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in BS Engineering, Project Management, Construction or related academic qualifications.
• Strong communication, organization and skills in use of MS Office
• Fluent speak and writing in Cantonese and English
• Knowledge of project or engineering software (e.g AutoCAD)
