Building Services Coordinator (Interior fitting out)

Responsibilities:

• Assist tender preparation and cost compilation
• Coordinate with client/ consultant/ landlord/ fit out team/ sub-contractors for design details and interface requirements
• Prepare MEP shop drawings, combined services drawings, as-fitted drawings and O&M manual
• Manage and monitor sub-contractors for work execution
• To prepare, organize and attend inspection, testing & commissioning of various building services systems

Requirements

• Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Registered Electrical Worker or equivalent
• Experienced in managing MEP installation for interior fitting out projects
• Familiar with fitting out process and sequence of works
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese & English
• Well-organized, self-motivated with good interpersonal skill
