Building Services Coordinator (Soft Services)

Job Scope:

• Coordinate and supervise soft services vendors for janitorial, hygiene, pest control, and cafeteria services.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure SLA/KPI compliance.
• Conduct routine inspections across facility areas.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are met.
• Handle complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare reports and liaise with client and service providers.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in facilities or soft services coordination.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in managing vendors/contractors is an advantage.
• Familiar with safety, hygiene, and pest control standards.
• Familiar with semiconductor manufacturing environment.
