BUILDING SERVICES ENGINEER (PLANT OPERATION & MAINTENANCE)

Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations and closely monitor the energy efficiency performance of chiller plants to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations in Harbour City.
• Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance works for centralized chiller plants, seawater pump house, auxiliary E&M systems, and marine deck facilities.
• Supervise and monitor in-house frontline staff members, operators, and contractors to ensure the Company’s standards and performance targets are achieved.
• Review operational standards and chiller plant performance, and analyze raw data from the Building Management System (BMS) and operation logs.
• Assist in implementing improvement, upgrading, and enhancement projects.
• Attend emergency duties relating to system breakdowns and O&M incidents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in large-scale chiller plant operations in commercial, university, and industrial facilities, with proven supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, able to work under pressure, and with good logical sense for data analysis.
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Holder of the Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card).
• Holder of the Confined Space Competent Person Certificate or Registered Electrical Worker Certificate is an advantage.
