What they need
Job requirements and duties:
- Diploma or above in Building Services (Plumbing)
- 3-5 years solid experience in handling building services projects, both in the field of contracting and consultancy
- To monitor and supervise sub-contractors in BS installation works
- Manage new works, A&A and fitting-out
- Familiar with statutory submission and procedure
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Strong analytical & problem solving skill
