About the Role

Hellix Technical is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Building Services Engineering Apprentice to join our growing team in Canary Wharf, London.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the building services industry. You will receive hands-on experience working alongside experienced engineers while gaining industry knowledge through college and in-house training.

No previous experience is required – just a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.

Pay

£15,000 – £18,000 per year

Working Pattern

• Night shifts.
• Typical working hours are 10:00 pm – 6:00 am.
• Site-based role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist experienced engineers with planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Support the testing and maintenance of building services systems.
• Learn to carry out inspections and complete maintenance records.
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
• Follow company procedures and health and safety regulations.
• Attend college as part of your apprenticeship programme.

Requirements

• No previous qualifications or experience required.
• A genuine willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
