Work Location:

• Site-based role in Yuen Long

Responsibilities:

• Provide construction site administration and prepare related documents
• Supervise MEP contractors' works to ensure their compliance with contractual and statutory requirements
• Conduct on-site inspections and monitor work progress
• Coordinate with project consultants and contractors on all matters relating to building services installation and performance on site
• Prepare necessary reports, record and information to facilitate the valuation of works

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Higher Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering ;
• At least 8 years relevant post-qualification works experience;
• The language proficiency requirements are normally at least Level 2 / Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language subjects respectively in the HKDSE / HKCEE, or equivalent.
