Building Services Manager / Assistant Manager / Engineer / Assistant Engineer

Our client China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Building Services Manager / Assistant Building Services Manager / Building Services Engineer / Assistant Building Services Engineer to join their team!
This role covers BS/E&M coordination, site supervision, and stakeholder liaison across large-scale construction projects. Positions are available across multiple seniority levels, with candidates considered for the appropriate level based on experience.

China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited has been active in Hong Kong's construction industry since 1979, undertaking building construction and civil engineering works. The company holds Group C approved contractor status across five public works categories, including Buildings, Port Works, Roads and Drainage, Site Formation, and Waterworks.

What you'll be doing?

• Site progress monitoring: Monitor and report on site installation progress, materials delivery, quality, and safety.
• Subcontractor coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors on all BS/E&M matters on site.
• Stakeholder liaison: Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants on building services and E&M-related matters throughout the project.

Who are they looking for?

• Academic qualification: Degree or Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or an equivalent discipline. A Degree is required for Manager level.
• Relevant experience (Manager level): Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in managing large-scale multi-discipline BS/E&M projects is required for Building Services Manager candidates.
• Relevant experience (Engineer level): Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience is preferred for Building Services Engineer candidates.
• Less experienced candidates: Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Building Services Manager or Assistant Building Services Engineer accordingly.
