Duties

• Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials and equipment on-site
• Support skilled tradespeople by preparing work areas, tools, and supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the construction site
• Help with site setup and breakdown at the start and end of each workday
• Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure environment for all team members
• Perform basic manual tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials as directed
• Report any hazards or issues immediately to supervisors to prevent accidents or delays

Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
• Reliable transportation to reach various job sites in
• Prior experience in construction or manual labour is a plus but not mandatory
• Knowledge of safety procedures and willingness to adhere strictly to safety guidelines

Pay: £2,000.00-£4,000.00 per hour
