BUILDING SUPERINTENDENT

(Full-Time or Part-Time)

SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

This position is responsible for all aspects of managing and maintaining the Bank’s four facilities (building and grounds) and its maintenance vehicle to ensure that they are professional looking and fully functioning to enable our team to deliver our products and services.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform light maintenance and repair duties.
• Perform and oversee janitorial services, including floors, furniture, restrooms, etc.
• Coordinate outside vendors as needed for generators, fire alarms, bank equipment, HVAC equipment, etc.
• Transport, install, and remove “financed by” signage.
• Adhere to an annual facilities budget.
• May perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.

Skills/Equipment:

• Possess mechanical knowledge and ability.
• Possess good communication skills to appropriately interact with external vendors as well as internal team members

Training/Preparation Required:

• Prior direct or trade related experience necessary.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The facility is a good working environment. The environment for this position is less structured than an office type setting. The incumbent in this position spends time carrying, lifting, pulling, reaching, walking, squatting, kneeling, climbing, and standing.

PAY

$25-$35+ per hour (commensurate with experience)
