• Custom Build homes approx 800k - 1.2mil each
• Manage just 6 - 8 builds at a time - no client relationship management
• Southside Brisbane and Northern Gold Coast projects

About the Position

An opportunity currently exists for a Building Supervisor to join the construction team in a position managing 6-8 projects across Southside Brisbane and Gold Coast. Operating in a team of 4 Supervisors and reporting to a CM,

You will be responsible for:

• Management of all trades and subcontractors
• Scheduling and calling up for trades and materials
• Quality control on job sites ensuring clean tidy sites adhering to company policies

About the Successful candidate

We're looking for a passionate Site Supervisor who enjoys working on quality projects. Candidates can come from either a project home or custom home background.

• Minimum 2 years supervising experience
• QLD Supervisors or Builders Licence
• Trade qualified
• Passionate about delivering quality homes
• Tech savvy and able to operate on electronic systems
• Team player!
